Horrific experience. My car broke down this afternoon. At 15:30 today, I logged a call for a tow truck. Its now 17:30 and I am still waiting for a tow truck. The call center agent promised to send me an SMS with a reference number. I havent received an SMS or phone calls from this lady. Horrific service and experience!!!!!
