Ricardo and his team went beyond the call of duty. It was rainy weather when my roof was installed. He went out and bought sails to put on my roof as water was coming into my home. It was forces of nature that made this a bit difficult for them to stop water entering my home. But in that stormy rainy weather his team risked it by working on my roof in the rain.
