The service was excellent, I was welcomed by the waiters upon arrival to purchase a Take Away , it was cold and I had my shopping trolley with me. The manager helped me to sit warmly inside whilst I waited for my order, keep up the great service guys!!

The place was great. I definitely had a great time at Roco Mamas with my friend especially for our first experience. Our favorite dish was The lemon pepper wings, they were so tasty and and both the tacos and chicken caesar salad.

Very rude and sassy waiter who looked like we were ruining his day. Asked for a recommendation, he was cold and matter-of-fact. When it came time to pay, I had a little crisis cause I had lost some notes (but still had bank cards) and he immediately acted like I was running away from paying. Would definitely not recommend. If youre having a bad day, do not take it out on patrons.

An incredible establishment! Delicious and generous portions as weve come to expect from RocoMamas coupled with exceptional service. This branch has hearts as generous as the food they serve! They supported i4118foundation and allowed boys from the charity to shadow their waiters. An excellent way for the boys to learn about work and responsibility!

Great place to spend an afternoon. If you want to really enjoy it sit outside and enjoy the scenery with birds walking around. Food is awesome the burgers are good.

Very bad service we got here, the waiters look at the color of your skin before helping you. We were the first to arrive but it took 10 minutes for a waiter to attend to us then another group of 4 arrived after us it took long for them to be attended to but when an Indian couple arrived they were assisted in 30 seconds. The waiter was only checking the Indian couple if they are still okay but with us we even finished our food without being checked even once and then they have the NERVE to ask for a TIP. Stale chips. Super salty burger that just tasted like salt and is otherwise tasteless. Very disappointed. Will definitely not be having rocomamas again. Steers is waaayyy better quality for your money.

Thanks to RocoMamas Rosebank for the redeeming second experience!Original review:We got takeaway from this Rocomamas branch today, as our usual branch (Fourways) was not accepting orders.The service was ok, but the food was disappointing on all counts. The burgers (particularly the patties) were far from the quality were used to with Rocomamas, and the Feta Bombs were an absolute letdown after what we usually get from the Fourways branch - being less crispy, and more just a dense and vaguely warm cheesy lump.The milkshakes were poorly mixed - by the time I reached the car in the parking garage, the milkshakes had fully separated into a layer of syrup, a layer of watery milkshake, and a layer that was halfway between melted ice cream and slush. The coffee milkshake flavour was good; the strawberry was ok but forgettable.

Burgers are awesome as always. Ribs and Wings are sometimes not the greatest. We do visit quite often regardless. :)

The best Rocos branch by far. Excellent covid social distancing protocols, removing masks only when eating and drinking, not while waiting for food. In house wash basin keeping your hands and others clean and safe. Delicious burgers, ribs, wings. Waiters always checking on patrons guaranteeing great service. Would always recommend and return to this branch in the future.Personal preference: this branch is not Halaal so getting that juicy bacon is a plus

Mandla is perfect in everything

This is such a great little spot. Good atmosphere and particularly nice outside. The staff are friendly albeit sometimes a bit slow. The food is great (if you like this type of sloppy comfort food) and reasonably priced.

The food is amazing and the atmosphere is incredible regardless of the noise outside due to constructions nearby. We were met by a sweet staff.The use of cardboard straws should be reconsidered though, it gets soggy and degrades the integrity of the drink after a while. Its a good attempt at being eco-friendly since theres always the option to not use a straw; but it wasnt a good experience to drink milkshake with paper...
