I usually order from McDonalds Boskruin as it is nice and close to where I live. I have never had any issues and service is always good, until today. I ordered a Grand Chicken Classic burger and when I bit into the burger the lettuce didnt taste nice, only to find out when I picked it out, that the lettuce was wilted, soggy and brown. It really took away my appetite and put me off.

Part of my order not given even though I had to go sit and wait in the allocated parking.My mistake for thinking the added time would result in a complete order.I sent an email to the customer care email address and they just couldnt care to respond.I gave McDs money and didnt get what I paid for. Who holds them responsible for Im sure *thousands* of the same instances on a monthly basis.Daylight robbery!

This service differs from day to day. The one day you get great service and great food and the next day sour milkshakes...

Ice cream machine broken. Once youre told your already stuck in a very slow que. 15 minutes to get out.Put up a sign.

I have to confess this was my first visit. Having said that I was not impressed at all. It was rather untidy and dirty. Not all the equipment Was working. Perhaps it would be fine for only take aways. However it needs a thorough clean.

This goes for all MacDonalds - it is frustrating placing an order at the drive-thru speaker-box. On more than one occasion I have left the drive-thru queue out of sheer frustration - this after explaining and repeating my order more than ten-times. And when I do get to the pay-point window - they have the incorrect order. The biggest breakdown in communication is how the customer describes and orders what they want in relation to how the Mac-D attendant categorises the meal according to a code or meal-package. The service at MacDonalds Boskruin is good - never had an issue with the quality, preparation and presentation of their food. However, MacDonalds needs to develop a consistency in their service - that means every person stationed at the drive-thru speaker-box counter, who is taking orders must be extremely well-spoken, articulate and have a proper intonation.

I was walking in.. Stopped by security to check my temp, note down half my banking information, asked to sanitize my palms.. Good... Walked in.. The place was very empty.. But every employee was really really working like machines.. Saw Sunday orders pouring in while I observed group of delivery guys patiently waiting outside.. Waited for some time..digital screen showed my favourite chilli cheese fries mcflavour is back on the list...with mouth slowly watering and virtual fragrance of cheese and jalapenos soaking McD patented lean and sleek fries were luring me.. One of the employees suggested I use the screen...thats the start of my hell... The screen doesnt give you search option... Spent about 5 min.. Not winning... I threw a helpless and I came to buy some food, not to be your User Interface testing QA person look at the employee who was proud to put me under the agony but continuing his machine like working...when my fanatic clicks on the screen was felt by him, He paused to give a I know your problem look and came to help me... I asked him if there is no search facility, how do I know where to look for my favourite chilli cheese fries ?.. He clicked saying you should look under fries...for my amusement and his shock it wasnt there... Remembering that he has a big list of orders to work on, he went to the traditional counter top machine and ordered my chilli cheese fries. In two minutes I started enjoying them... There entered a couple with a kid hoping to enjoy their McD standard Sunday lunch outing... I was busy savouring those crispy chunks of jalapenos in the creamy cheese sauce... The mother started dancing for the tune played in McD and the kid joined his mom... The same employee suggested that they use the digital screen to order... Thats all... A few minutes later I saw all three fighting with the digital screen.. No one bothered about the song..dance stopped a while ago... All into how to use that thousands worth of UI screen... I saw the pictorial form of my own helplessness that went through a few minutes before, on the parents faces.. disappointment on the kids face that what is taking their adult parents to buy him his favorite McD... To be honest.. Nothing bothered me... My favorite chilli cheese fries took over my senses and I left all of them to their fate.... Really McD???

Great, friendly staff and good food, well thats what it used to be, unfortunately not anymore. Drive thru staff took order, but got it wrong. Informed food collection point staff they messed-up my order, but at that stage I was so disappointed I left. Got home and part of my order was missing. Well done guys, well done. It seems to have become a norm in South Africa to just accept bad service and move on. Well, I wont return to support your branch. Lastly, dont try to call this branch, there is no answer at all.

It was the first time I ate in. Its small inside and I ended with all the school children so it was a bit noisy. Besides that it was the first time I remember not receiving any serviettes with my order, I enjoyed the food. In future however, I will make use of the drive through again.

I had an unpleasant experience. This Macdee Branch in boskruin had a security gaurd or staff member starring at me and my friends constantly as we enjoyed the meal we paid for. This was very disturbing especially because we had some female companions with us.Our interaction with each other was nothing out of the ordinary, as the usual jokes and laughter coupled with chilli cheese meals were the highlight of the afternoon.

The best service out there, the staff are always happy and there to support plus the food is always excellent!
