Poor customer service. You would think a womans marriage day is the most special day of their lives, they failed to make me feel like that. Once I had paid the money in full I was given rolling eyes and attitude when asking if they could alter the dress as it was not flattering on my body and wanted it altered. Now I have to go somewhere else for help. Make sure you dont pay in full until your dress is perfect or better yet...find another place that will provide exceptional service and put their clients first and ensure you leave happy and gorgeous and not with tears rolling down your face because as I quote there is nothing we can do. Went to another seamstres and they were happy to help me with the alterations,now I will be a happy bride to my loving fiance.
