The staff went on lunch for over an hour and kept us waiting outside for quite some time. A lot of customers turned back. When the staff returned from lunch they were not efficient. They were very slow and didnโt communicate with us as to why they are not opening the store yet even though their Lunch hour was way over. They just came inside the store and shut the door in front of us, not saying anything. I am highly dissatisfied with the service at The Fix Newtown branch. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they donโt really care. ๐ Your staff needs some training or just get new employees who really need this job and will work hard at that.
My experience was bad!!! I went to the store in Newtown and when I got there, a notice of lunch break was plugged on the door. It didnt really specify the exact time they would be back. I came back after 30min and the staff walked in and locked the door. A lot of customers came and left but the staff stayed locked inside and did not say anything to the customers.If they were busy with something, they shouldve at least communicated. I really felt undermined and disrespected!
