Pathetic service. I have been calling, and no answer. Eventually when someone answered, the lady told me that she will call me back to book and appointment. It has been over 2 weeks and still no call back. In fact I have called them religiously and still havent been able to book an appointment. For some reason, they just dont care. It is truly a shame. I wouldnt recommend Pro Bono to anyone.

I have been waiting for assistance for almost three years now,they promise to follow up on a case,NOTHING!!!!!!!

I went there last year the 14th of August 2019,I met an attorney who was very nice but unfortunately I havent heard from them until now,its may 2020, Im really disappointed because even when you call they transfer you to another number and it just rings and no answer, atleast they should let us know if we are going to get assistance or not....

A place to be a memorable place of our mothers who where prisoners but now u can visit with your family as now is opened for public viewing
