Terrible service. Received orders of flawed fabric more than once. The quality is not consistent and even received two different shades for the same order. Trying to get a refund is a continuing struggle! Not great!

A few weeks ago I went to MSR fabrics near discount cash and carry as I needed to buy fabric in bulk. I was quite impressed when I walked in as the receptionist was very warm and asked me to have a seat whilst someone will assist me. One of the staff (not a salesman) came to open the gate and took me to the showroom , as my business partner and I walked in we stood in the center and the 3 or 4 ladies working at the store glanced at us head to toe reluctant to ask us if we require assistance. Eventually my partner stepped forward and asked for help, someone started helping and only then a very warm person (that wasnt in the showroom when we entered) stepped in and asked how she can help, by then we were quite put off and went to other stores to source our fabric, I think these people are only warm to their regular clients and dont give newbies a chance, the ladies need to change their attitude and warm up a bit, quite disappointing.

Very friendly customer service. Helped me straight away. Couldnt be more satisfied.
