One of the employees has no idea how to treat a customer. Found him on his phone scrolling on his phone. Took him a few minutes to move from his phone to helping me. Few minutes later while Im busy clarifying something on the phone, he decides to answer his. When I confront him about this, he decides to argue and tell his colleague, you know sometimes customers will make you angry, now are we not meant to answer our phones while Im standing right there. Please fix your employee cellphone policy or polish up the customer service. Absolute nonsense that I needed to wait for someone whose probably on Facebook. He absolutely ruins everyone elses kindness in the shop.
