If I had only dealt with Zahnri van Geuns in my recruitment process, this company would get a solid 5 star rating. Zahnri was kind, helpfully, supportive and didn’t treat me as if I was a mere number. She’s really one of the best recruitment specialists I have ever dealt with and I ended up receiving an offer.Unfortunately, Riaaz Dangor made my experience very uncomfortable and treated me as if he was doing me a favor when it came down to negotiation of remuneration. He was rude, harsh, condescending and pushed me into a corner telling me what my expectations should be in terms of HIS experience disregarding my own..Consequently I ended up receiving a very low offer which I declined. There’s a difference between being factual about a process and being harsh and rude about it. The process could have been handled a whole lot better. Hoping this criticism is taken as constructive.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I was working at Mindcor for almost 2 years where I was contracted out to another company. When I resigned, the company did not payout my leave pay. I had to request that my leave pay be paid. I was advised my the company that the payment due to me would be processed after one month. At the end of the month, I still did not receive my payment. I have to continuously beg and follow up numerous times regarding my payment and many times I did not receive a response. I am still in the process of continuously following up regarding what is due to me.I would definitely not recommend Mindcor for any of your recruitment needs.
