I had nothing but the best experience with this company. I only needed 40 something white Tiffany chairs for my birthday party and they were hands down the most affordable when it came to delivery. The chairs were exactly as described, they delivered (set up) and picked up on time and were awesome with communication!

Had a horrible experience with these guys. They were late and brought beat down furniture while I ordered their premium stuff at premium prices. A real shocking thing I tell you, and then they pretend to want to pay you back for their mistake but weeks build up and theres no refund. Ive used them before and was going back for familiarity and to support black businesses but clearly to my loss. Now they false advertise BEWARE - not sure if its tough times or what but I feel that it is bad business practice. I had to incur more costs because of this and was pressed for time for my event. If youre looking to have a peaceful event, please do not use them or youll be disappointed.What I ordered VS what I got.

Honestly the most disappointing and unprofessional service I have ever received.I had high hopes for this company because our initial interaction on the phone was very good. However, the delivery didnt happen on the agreed day because their truck had broken down. I was understanding, but I kept having to follow up with them regularly to find out the progress only to be told that they could only deliver the next morning at 7am. The next day they were still a no-show at 7am and once again I had to keep calling them to find out if they were still coming. The equipment was eventually delivered at 11am, after the function was supposed to start.Adding to that, they didnt even deliver all the equipment because they said they could only get a small truck after the breakdown. The driver (Charles) was very rude and told us to relax because our guest were late anyway. He said they would not be fetching the equipment the next day because they dont work on Sundays. Apparently they dont work on Mondays and Tuesdays either because they only came to collect on Wednesday after following up with them several times.The equipment was in good condition but the service (after payment) was REALLY TERRIBLE. I would not recommend them. Im still waiting for my refund on the equipment they didnt deliver.

Very reliable and efficient. It was a last minute request and they managed to deliver. All equipment were New and in order.

Wish I didnt even have to give you a star. This was the WORST service I have ever received. On the day of my event I received a whatsapp message to say Sorry cant help after NONE of my messages and calls were attended to. This was the day of my event. He then said that if we had a problem, we should contact the owner who apparently is Italy. Pathetic and unprofessional service. Never use these people. Further to add, I did receive a profomer, however after asking if I need to sign and send it back, he then said hed take cash upon delivery. There was no cancelation of my order, you just did not pitch. On the 30th of July, the owner starts whatsapping me after reading my review and starts threatining me with a war saying things like remember to remove all profile pictures what you going to do with me pictures? Gonna hunt me down and hurt me for writing a truthful review regarding your putrid business? Wish I could upload sceenshots so the people could see. I am not racist, when I say these people, I am referring to your business. The business removed their reply, just by the way.
