We had Events Online do the decor for our function and were most disappointed!! A price was agreed upon and then a meeting set up at the venue where we were promised the world by Kashaidi at the meeting and she insisted we pay cash upfront due to the supposed discounted rate. On the day of the function she assured us she didnt need much time to set up and in the end didnt deliver on most of her promises and commitments. We ended up incurring excessive costs to finish off on missing items such as chair covers arranged for us at the last minute by our caterers! No value for money here and I feel not only ripped off but that we were too trusting due a a long standing working relationship between her family and some of my family members.I would never recommend their services

Events Online has disappointed us on many occasions. The customer service is really bad. As per mails they say time is not a grantee I mean how do you provide a service like that. Customer service and customer needs come first. If the team is running late the least we as customers want is an update on what time your team will arrive. We at GV Comms would have loved to work with your team if the customer service was better. Highly disappointing.

So disappointed! use events on line at your peril. We were promised the world, had to pay cash upfront 4 weeks before our event. Kashadi and her team arrived 2 hours before the event, didnt do half of what was promised or discussed and what they did do was shoddy and incomplete. Events on line ruined our very special function!
