I’ve been applying for months now and still no response

I do believe that it is a conflict of interest when the owner of the company rates her own company 5 stars. I have contacted them on an occasion and the staff member was very rude. Upon leaving a review the owner contacted and threatened me with a lawyers letter and also promised that she would handle the rude staff member and get back to me, she never did.
