Took my overlocker in as I was having lots of problems. It was tested by an assistant who showed me 2 errors I was doing and it was corrected. I havent had problems since. The assistants dont rush you and spend as much as needed to help with problems. Thank you Elna.

I took my sewing machine for a service. Lovely shop and lovely people.

Came in the shop asked a (really stupid question according to her) question and she answered very rudely and disgusting. Gave me attitude for nothing. Sorry for interrupting your game time on the computer. Won’t recommend going there.

I have never had an experience so bad ever! I walked into the store to enquire about the sewing machines and the ladies where busy yelling across the store about not trusting customers. It felt like i walked in to a lovers argument. I said i was looking for a machine between R1000 to R2000 for a beginner, to which i was instantly told huh, then you cant afford anything here i then asked if they gave classes and was told to go look on the internet. If i was able to give a rating lower than 1 i would give them a -5.

Great for wool, staff not so friendly though.

Not very helpful, not prepared to demo a pressure foot therefore no sale , I will visit another store where the sales staff want to promote their products and make sales.
