Went to this company yesterday, spoke to Naomi Doyle. Got a quote and a business card. Requested a picture of the machine. Today I have phoned 3 times. Message after Message. Finally got hold of her. She tells me that she is busy with new clients on the phone since yesterday and has not even 1 minute to send us a picture. So BERZACK BROTHERS HAS JUST LOST OUR BUSINESS. I REALLY DONT NEED THIS UNPROFESSIONAL LADY TO ASSIST US ANY MORE. Thanks

Extremely disappointed! You buy machines from them but when it breaks they can’t even assist. Ordered parts, waited weeks and then when it arrived the part wasn’t even for my machine.Then I had to complain because the sales rep just didn’t care that I have been calling and trying to fix my machine for 6 weeks. Then eventually we got the part we requested, yet I am still sitting with a part that I will never use but they won’t even collect and refund me for that part. What a waste of money and courier fees.Their sales rep, even lied and told me he ordered the part for me the second time assuring that this time he ordered the correct part. Waited again a couple of weeks. Then I compalined to management, few minutes later he messages my staff member to ask what part we need!!! Shocking!Unfortunately, my machine is now showing another error. Our local mechanic phoned, to find out what part he will need for this error and for advice instead of sending the machine all the way up to JHB. We were told that they can not assist us, we must bring the machine in. What is the point of giving us booklets, it shows what the error is the mechanic just needed some assistance over the phone. Is It Berzacks policy to deliver damaged goods to a client? Also screw up my order twice by delivering the wrong goods when the correct goods were left off the First Delivery?1.Stock Delivered Short on Monday by 2 items despite the fact that Promise confirmed all items were there which we paid for in FULL as per quote2. Inv # InIndjo 29180, 2 items short delivered. Redelivered today tuesday, the 50m water soluable roll was Damaged, the roll contents torn, hanging loose and coming apart, AND TERRIBLY DIRTY!!!!. We did take pictures of the damaged stock (NB:- This is very disaapointing as this expensive item was for one of my customers I CANNOT GIVE HER THIS RUBBISH!!!!. {NB:- My client told me that she does not want this Rubbish, so I now loose my sale - With no thanks to you people!3. Phoned and spoke to Carol today, who told me that I must wait for Patience tomorrow (Why could she not ensure that my order was correct and in good condition???) - Is Carol incompetent that she brushes me aside LIKE SHE COULD NOT CARE?? - This is very serious and I am totally disgusted and dissapointed4. I want what I paid for in PERFECT CONDITION and the Incorrect stock (Emb C/Backing 70G 25m) was replaced by another product WHICH I DID NOT ORDER Tear/Backing 70g 25m?{Already Delivered and a BIG Difference in price!!!)4.
