As a business owner I am astonished at the level of bad service we have recieved. Calls and emails ignored repeatedly. We have had a job at branding for 3 months with multiple recuts of panels. Staff get blamed for bad or no management. No quality control on goods. The client is expected to point out faults. Very disappointed.

Good quality and fair prices but I am appalled, to say the least, by the “service” we received from Des at Wicked Stitch.After dropping our merchandise at their premises at the end of April, I had to repeatedly mail Des just to get samples, which I finally got after TWO WEEKS!I received no answer to my mail the following day stating my boss would like to see a sample shirt. I sent a follow up mail the following week and still after no response I phoned Des. I was met with “Oh, you sent me dozens of mails” and “Is your boss blind?”. I was also told that he can’t set up and set down the machines the whole time and that he will have to start charging us (we would have been happy to pay). So it sounded like the whole thing was just too much effort.When my boss phoned Des he was told he has “no imagination” and the phone got thrown down in his ear. I received a mail stating that my boss was “unreasonable”. Des said he had “gone out of his way” to get us the samples that they “did not charge us for” (Again, we would have been happy to pay). I was asked to collect our stock, which I gladly did!Maybe our order was too small or it was just too much effort…The people at Wicked Stitch know nothing about client services and seem to know everything about poor business etiquette.

Pleasant service and excellent qualityGot the contact details at a back of a bakkie as I was driving behind it, called the number to request a quote and Des was so helpful and requested I send him an email so he can better assist me to which he responded swiftly after receiving my email. The prices were fair so I placed my order and my order was ready for collection at the exact turnaround time that I was given. Hats off to a gentleman by the name of Ndumiso, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that all my needs are met. Kudos!!!

Shocking service. Even though they accepted my job, it was obviously too small to warrant any attention. I had to chase for TWO MONTHS and only ever got curt responses saying well try get it done this week. It was never done. I eventually told them, after two months, not to bother and would take my business elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend.
