Staff treated me badly and not very knowledgeable about computers and software. Why name the shop techfixplay “playtech” you are creating confusion to those who needed help. I’m giving you a five star for quality but how I was treated yesterday 30/08202 gets a one star rating on google, I needed help setting a programming software called android studio.

Awesome experience with a very vibrant and knowledgeable person patiently answering all our questions and going out of her way to show us the available merchandise.

The staff is always happy to help and friendly. My nephew is very pleased with all his purchased items. He loved how the staff knew their products and how he could talk about his favorite anime with them. They share the same enthusiasm.. I often come around to see what new products they have.

Severely disappointed in their website. I tried multiple times to add two of the same t-shirts in the same size to my cart (listed as in stock) and could not. When I mailed them about it, they said theyre out of stock of that t-shirt. If youre out of stock of an item then update it on your site please. What would have happened if I decided to order the one anyway? When would I have been informed that there isnt actually stock and my parcel wont be delivered to me in the 2-3 business days listed in the FAQ?Sorry but I would not recommend their online store, stick to buying from them at conventions or going into the physical store if you do want to buy from them

This is not the first time I have attempted to make an online purchase using their website - they are unreliable and never seem to be able to get the items promised from suppliers. I would not recommend at all.

Find merchandise from your favorite fantasy universe and computer/tech accessories incl. earphones. Ive found the staff members on duty to be helpful and informed about the products in store. They tend to stock articles on that are a reasonable quality for the price; not on the high end of the spectrum.

While they do stock amazing anime stuff. Saddly nothing ever in stock when I go there. 3 figures at most. Comic warehouse in bedfordview is a much better option. Bigger store more merchandise and always fully stocked
