Must say this place is really sad (whole feel and vibe)! No one will pick your phone to start with. Then you carry your Philips stuff deep inside from parking to the store. On positive side, service was quick. Not crowded at all on week days. But it takes three weeks to get a Philips utility item get fixed!

I want to thank Skymark Electronics for going the extra mile to order parts for my Philips Electric Shaver. Not only did they help me in getting the necessary spare parts but they also have excellent refurbished shavers (basically BRABD NEW) which comes from Clicks & Dischem at half the price!! I also bought one as the price is unbelievable low.Thank you for excellent service, especially from the Manager and Ronel, the assistant. Kindest regards!!

I Do not remember going to a place called Skymark Electronics unless the reference is to the China Market of electronic goods, etc.Yip. You do get a wide range of goodies from electronic goods to bedding, party goods, baking goodies, etc. Very interesting stuff for sale that other stores lack. Worth checking out.

I had a shocking experience with the staff here. So unprofessional. Not customer -centric. I dont know how they are even affiliated with Phillips.I most certainly will recommend them or Phillips the brand.

The service is less than one star. Pathetic. They dont come back to you. Took 6 weeks just to hear that they cant get spares.
