Takes a really long time 1/2 hour or more per customer to check the phone in.They test the phone, make you wait for a really long time. Everything ticked, phone works fine, just a screen issue.Once the phone is booked in they try and find other things wrong to increase the quote by R10k.Not going back.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never communicate and why do they even have a contact number on the website because it is always the silly automated message that they are busy with your machine.Definitely not somewhere I will take my business to ever again.

Avoid going to this store at all costs. They can’t give accurate updates. Their workmanship is terrible. Have had to take my phone back to be repaired multiple times! I’m now going back for my third screen in a week.

Hardly have stock, when they do - the prices are ridiculous.

Requested a quotation and if they have screens in stock 3 days again and no reply. They obviously dont need the business.

Went there February or March to fix my home screen button. Worked for a little while not more than a month. Contacted them as it was now lockdown and asked if I could come through as the warranty should still apply because lockdown is not our fault. Was told nope I will have to pay for the second fix. So don’t bother going there, waste of time and money. Rather go elsewhere eg. imobile repairs oe screen freeze or the istore

Gave my cell in to have screen and back repaired as part of insurance claim. Good communication, smooth process. Edit : (Nov 2020, A year later) - Gave them a tablet to fix as well. Again, smooth process, highly recommended.

Dey ddnt respond emails

Whilst the actual service was pretty quick , swapped out my battery within 2 hours.The communication or customer service was definitely lacking , logged a repair on the website on Jun 1 , no response from anyone ... I had to walk in the store my self and book in the device and there was no apology offered for the non communication.Standard procedure would have been getting a text saying the stock is ready and I should go back , youd think right. Nope, 2 days later I walked back in the store myself and asked if the stock has arrived (the email quote and acceptance did not even reflect their mandatory 50% deposit for ordering a part on your behalf).So yea , sighs all round

Thank you for restoring my Mac, I do appreciate it.What upsets me is that it is my work computer, you said it will take 1 day, it took 3.5 days, and then I go all the way to fetch it and I return home and you guys didnt put my cable back, and then tell me you can only return it the next day... I have now lost a whole work week when I was only meant to loose 1 day.... not cool guys! This is my income youre messing with! Unprofessional and unacceptable!

Professional and friendly service

Excellent service, had my iPhone 8 charging port replaced, I got the phone back the next day, the one microphone wasnt working properly after the repair so I took it back, phone was ready one day later and its working 100% so far. Very helpfull friendly desk staff.

I did a booking online and was phoned back and I missed the call, however i phoned them back and they booked me on Saturday. I went there on Saturday only to be told that they did not have stock for my phone. I was already frustrated as I has waited the whole week to drive there. They deserve a one star or none, however the second star is for the lady who was at the reception she really tried but there was nothing she could have done since they did not have stock for my black screen phone. I hope in the future they fix this.

Unprofessional And unreliable, I returned their cover within an hour of buying it over a week ago and am still waiting for my reimbursement. Excellent service from wefix woodmead.On Monday 26 June 2017, I took my phone to Menlyn and they promised to call me within 24-48 hours to inform me about the problem..they never called me. I end up going there personally and they didnt help me at all. As for Woodmead they gave me great service well done to Charmaine @ woodmead
