I had to cough up a hefty 50 bucks for Simon to contact the call centre and escalate my query. 45 minutes later my query remained unresolved. In addition, there was no EFT facility on site, customers had to pay cash or were dismissed like vagrants!!!

This franchise is a dream to visit. Quick assistance and even faster to sort it. I will recommend anybody to make use of them!! Great service guys, keep up the good work and awesome customer service!!

It was my first time going there. The service is very bad. Travelled all the way to Kempton park and when I finally got the place, I told the guy I bought a second hand dstv and wanted to do ownership in store. He just told me to go to randburg. Never tried to assist me . Im a salesman by procession and I didnt like the way they handled my problem. They were not interested. I will never set my foot in that place again. I dont recommend it to anyone. Its such a shame for the to call themselves accredited mutlichoice installers. I wont go back to them ever again. Even if they are the last people to assist me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.Would suggest a bigger office space though.

Customers service very poor, things are just messed up. You have one guy (I assume owner/manger) shouting causing confusion...I would not recommend any one to go there. Very very bad service!

Multi choice kempton park not good at all they diagnosed my decoder as old and needed upgrade whereby i.paid R150 only to find its network problem

Guys and GalsBE WARNED, these guys are not anything they claim to be. They dont have the knowledge, nor do they have the tools to do the job, and above all they totally disrespect consumers time.7 days down the line and our DSTV is still not working. To make things even worse is the fact that they did the original installation.They arrive onsite unprepared, with no tools and no clear plan of action as to how to do trouble shooting. There time keeping is non existent consistently arriving onsite 3-5 hours late without any apologies or for warning.Dont spend your hard earned cash to be taken for fools......rather go onto DSTV website and get a reputable company like Tellyman.
