Awesome service. Perfect for those with no credit score. Although it does take a while for them to sign the contract and send you the waybill number and almost no update in the processing process before its sent to the courier thus a lot of silence when ordering but be prepared when ordering for 2 weeks of silence before getting waybill number but otherwise its awesome.

If I could give a zero I would.SCENARIO: I placed an order, was vetted and paid by 28/9. My subscription was confirmed by Tuesday, 31/8. They claim your order will be ready for delivery with 15 business days. Today is the 30/9/2021, and guess what...2/3 items from my order have still not been delivered.They claimed my last negative review was a lie ( easily disproven by the countless emails, Whatsapp messages and online chat receipts I have), and tried to have it taken down.The latest lie, by a lovely service agent called Valencia, was that the looting ( yes the looting people!!) is what caused my order to not be delivered this week, despite several promises.If I hadnt just arrived back from overseas with a zero credit score in this country I would have stayed far away.No one no matter how desperate should EVER do business with RENTOZA. Its just not worth the fuss. Go with Teljoy instead. I wish I had.

Payment made 27 Aug, proof of payment sent. I get an email from them today, 31 Aug 2:15am for Unpaid subscription -- responded as payment WAS made. Lehlohonolo Tsolo replies apologizing & thanks me for proof of payment at 9:29am. Then at 6:05pm Lulutho Saleni emails me threatening to list me as a default payer on my ITC. Can UWAIS explain which part of ENGLISH his inferior consultants do not understand? Thembisile Khoza incorrectly advised me in April now every month we have issues not even management can resolve?

As promised, I change my review!I received my watch today and put in an order for the PS5.I would definitely recommend Rentoza as they offer high tech gadgets at affordable prices. I would just suggest better communication and faster turnaround time as I waited 1 day short of a month for my watch. There were times where I was utterly frustrated but it was worth the waitI would also just like to mention that Ribbon is an absolute gem. She is extremely friendly and helpful and even answered my questions after hours.This is a great company although they just need a tweak here and there when it comes to customer service.

I was heavy suspicious of this comapny after reading all the reviews but i then took bits of info here and there and decided to when placing a order to first contact them and ask what is in stock... by doing so i have placed 4 orders and not 1 time have i waited more than the standard advirtised time it takes to get ur item. In fact a 8 days not working days 8 normal days was the longest ive waited.... there is alot of negative reviews over rentoza and i will be making a difrence with giving a positive review after recieving excelent service... ppl tend to easily write negative reviews but when they get what was promised its just brushed off coz they feel that they got what they paid for... regardless there are ppl that scam u out of ur money and rentoza IS NOT one of those companies. Good luck in getting any refunds processed by Rentoza. Same response every week I inquire on the status and still no refund received, also extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone via the online chat or any other means.

I am partially happy and partially unhappy. I ordered a PS 4 which I received and I ordered a laptop. I have since been promised the laptop would be delivered since last week. Everyday the story changes I paid on 26.03.2021 already its now 08.04.2021 and the laptop is still not received. Every consultant gives me a different answer. This laptop needs to be delivered before 09.04.2021. I am still waiting, and upset that I have been paying for something for 2 weeks and still not have it? I would have loved to purchase more items but if this is what I am getting I think I am just going to finish the 12 months and move on.

I canceled a purchase before it had arrived because it took too long to arrive, so o spoke to someone on the phone and email about cancelations but my money is still being deducted every month even though I canceled and never received the appliance. Think about things first before you let this company take your money.It has been over 28 days and they have not processed my refund. They are not replying to my emails either. Trying them on their contact number is a waste of time too. Its is almost impossible to get your money back. Its not as easy as they state in there refund policy. Google does not have the option for zero hence the one star.Absolutely pathetic service, dont answer calls/emails or SMSs, dont keep their word. Still waiting for my refund to reflect after the initial 28 days its been more than 28 days. I am tired of dealing with this company and their incompetence.I would just like my refund but that seems impossible. Inquiring to use their services was a huge mistake. I would not recommend. I am yet to hear anything logical from them. I guess my legal team will have to handle it from here. I am tired.

Poor customer service, quick to take your money but zero communication with regards to your order. You have to beg them for an update on your order. They do not keep up to the promise they make on their website. They take the cup for the worse customer service!!!

BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!! You need to pay your first installment before they even start with your application, then after they have approved your application and delivery promises are made the excuses start. There is an issue with stock at the supplier etc. Then you decide to cancel your order, any refund takes 7-28 days, I am currently on day 23 after my initial request for a refund and NO signs of any refund being processed! The only positive reviews they have anywhere are from their OWN staff! AVOID AVOID AVOID Dont do business with these guys! I wish I could give them a rating of -5

From start till delivery what ousting service.I’ve almost forgotten what good service feels like from a customers perspective and for every question and query I had I received a prompt response within minutes.Samantha, Ribbon & Abdul are among the few who responded to my many questions and were extremely helpful both over email & Whatsapp.I received my PS5 today after placing my order a few days before new year last year and it was definitely worth the wait. Abdul was the first to let me know that my order had been dispatched from Jhb and I received it a day later he took the time to call & ensure everything was in order.Thanks Rentoza & team once again for fantastic service.

My Phone was scanned out that same day just past 20h00 at night and I received it the following morning BEFORE 09h00. The Guy still phoned me to hear If I received it and if Im happy. I have been waiting since my order was placed on 5th of December. They said delivery will be in 5 days. Here we are 13 days later and still nothing. I understand that you didnt have stock, but was promised delivery will take place this week. Nothing yet and the week is over. Bad communication and Im really starting to think that this is all a scam. Im very disappointed as I always like to give companies the benefit of the doubt. Guess Ive been proven wrong.EDIT:After speaking to all relevant parties (Ernest) I was promised to receive my delivery before Christmas, and they held up their end of the bargain.I have however made recommendations about their lack of communication. Customer service is horrific. They never respond to emails, the live chat takes days to get a response, the sms also takes days to get a response. Theyre very good at communicating when they want their money but your queries are never answered on all their platforms.

7 REASONS TO NEVER USE RENTOZA :(Because the drama Ive encountered is just not worth the effort)1. T&Cs are changed on a whim. Tricking you into taking actions you may not be comfortable with. The agreement you signed- carries no weight. According to Rentoza. They apparently think they are above the LAW.2. No communication. At all. Like ZERO! Nada! Nix! Youll attempt to send 100s of emails. Maybe 1000s. Okay maybe I exaggerate. But the point is, there is no number to contact them. They dont reply to your Whatsapps or SMSs. You will never get no reply. Unless they want money from you. So what does this suggest ? A business you cannot trust!3. Numerous people have requested a refund. 28 unreasonable days later. Nothing has been paid to them . Imagine 28 days to get your money back ? Did you sign up for a 30 day-fixed savings account ?4. Debits happen for amounts and dates, you never agreed to. See other peoples reviews for what happened. No lie.5. Items are never on time. As promised. Expect about 1 months delay before you get goods. If you ever do. And you will be expected to pay for it. Oh yes you will.6. You will be met with rude attitudes that focuses on exhorting you. Rather than listening to you. To helping you. To understand what you need or what you require. Your concerns will go unheard! Fo sure!7. Once you place an order. You are on your own! Rentoza will not follow up with you. No they wont help you locate or track your item. Your daytime job, and nighttime schedule will be filled with calling couriers. Establishing which lie was worst than the other.STAY AWAY!Please do not use this service. As you will read from fellow 1 star reviews. This is a startup with a promising future. But, fails to uphold the most basic of an ethical business you may to deal with.I hope this business is not funded by external investors. I cant be more clear how dissatisfied I am with the services of Rentoza. I waited for over 2 weeks for my first order without delivery and I changed to a different order (and had to pay more to supplement the cost difference). I was informed that I would receive my order timeously because I had been confirmed already. Shocker : I an still waiting for my second order and now I have been informed that I can change to another product and pay more for it again. I wish I had seen all the blindspots. I would have just gone elsewhere! Good luck with your order!

After struggling to receive my phone Mothusi finally came through for me. I dont like the fact that it is impossible to contact Rentoza. I was only informed about outstanding documents when I inquired about my delivery. Then I was told they dont have the color I want and I am still sitting with the color I dont like because the suppliers are still closed 😢. Bad customer service all in all.

Great delivery and great timely service

I submitted my order on the 25th of January, I was debited for the item on the 25th of January. I received a document to complete on the 25th of January and it was completed on the same day.I received an email from Mothusi on the 28th of January requesting my pay slips which was sent on the same day. I have been requesting feedback since then to find out if my application was successful or not.I have tried to contact them through their live chat option and I have had little success with it. According to Abdullah, their turn around time is 36 hours, this is the 7th working day since Ive been debited. Im sure you can imagine my frustration as should my application be successful I would in essence be paying for a product I am yet to receive and would be paying a full month even though I would not have the item for a full month.it seems to take 3 working days just to get some sort of response from them and rather than requesting all documentation up front they request it days apart. Very disappointed in the service Im receiving from you guys.At this rate Id like to cancel everything and get a refund, Ill take my business elsewhere
