Poor quality of service. This company has quoted me on doing a job, and when requested to split the quote, they keep re quoting the wrong items and take forever to send the quotes through.Some quotes never get sent through to me, so i will not recommend using this company.

Be careful when dealing with Supa Nova. I have no problem with the electrical work that was done. But when the bill arrived i found that i had been misquoted over the phone and the bill turned out more expensive than i was lead to believe. Additionally they charged me for a 26km call out fee, while they only had to travel 2km from their premises. And they charged me for consumables and components i provided myself. As yet i have not received an apology after i advised them on their billing error and graciously paid the higher job price. Disappointing end to a short relationship.
