Sales staff not professional at all, look like they doing you a favour to assist you compare to collection staff who is always ready to assist with a friendly approach. Owner of this company must know competition is tight these days and other electrical places offer more better QUALITY service. Will avoid if have to.No social distancing, no sanitizer at door.

Utter disregard for for peoples time. Salespeople show no initiative for actual speedy service. Takes their sweet time. Dont come to Voltex- Bramley if you have workers on site.The manager of Voltex Bramley contacted me and discussed the issue with me afterwards. Sales side has some room for improvement but management seems to be on target.

Great selection but my greatness, these guys are inefficient. People standing around waiting while everyone behind the counter takes their time.

15 minutes and havent even been helped. No acknowledgement at all. Really horrible service. Staff not helpful at all.

A one stop electrical shop. This branch has it all from switches, sockets, wire and light fittings to a range of tools and meters. If they don’t have it, they will get it. Great service and great prices.

Called to get a price check. No staff available- they resorted to hang-up. Better customer service is required during difficult circumstances rather than the riff/raff approach.
