Cant complain about the service..why?..because there is not any!..trying to report a major fresh water leak in Annabella str. Bardene Boksburg without any success!...hope someone reads this!
Pathetic service reported blocked sewerage 12/08 ref no 3818809 phoned again 14/08 still no response and today the phones are not working. Useless and non existent service. Must we unblock the drains ourselves?

Incompetent and untrained workers who dont know their job
Reported block storm water drains. One week later nothing has been done. No due to blocked storm water drains, sewerage drains are blocked. Call reference 2749088 have been phoning twice a day and today 11/10/2017 phones are not working. PATHETIC.
