Clueless with this new online system.Very unsatisfied parent.
Still waiting for my salary after 4 months....
Called the office to enquire about the online registration..the call was answered by a JOSEPH that was very rude and abrupt and and i told him that even his tone of voice was arrogant...like so what can you do about it attitude...in fact he was sarcastic..to top it all off he dropped the phone in my ear and when i tried to call back...no answer,i am not sure if this telephone etiquette or is this just the way people get treated by your employees...i tried numerous times and no response whatsoever. Does education not go hand in hand with MANNERS....?
