The entrance is on your far left hand side. Youll probably see lots of delivery bikes/trucks/tuk-tuks to guide your way. Very friendly staff. One chap even helped me load a big box.

Got there during load shedding. They need a backup generator coz it was so dark. It took the staff over 15mins to find my parcel even though I was the only customer there. Perhaps its coz theyve just moved and are still setting up. Will rate again after my next collection.

New Rivonia location is inside the Cambridge office park, right around the back end. The Google maps link does not take you directly to the entrance and its not well sign posted.

Convenient pick-up point for your Takealot purchases if you are not sure that you will be at home or work when they deliver. Secure parking and courteous, helpful assistants.

Sometimes you have to ask to get served as every staff just walks past and ignore your presence. No sense of urgency.

Went for the second time for Collection this year, Sunday 8 December upon receiving notifications of my order have arrived and ready, waited a while, received one order, being told they need to find the second one box, waited over 45 minutes with no updates in between, eventually got told they cannot find the second order as they have too many boxes, really Takealot??? Was asked to leave my contact details and address, 3 days later still no update after kindly telling them I will be out of town from friday 13, this is the service one get from a leading ecommerce brand, my advice to anyone, get the order delivered to one home or officeTakealot you can do better from a customer service experience.

Takealot Rivonia employs drivers without screening them properly first. They allow their drivers to drive around recklessly with no insurance. One of their biker drivers, drove so rushed and recklessly and knocked into the back of my vehicle while I was taking off at a robot. When speaking to him and takealot, he confirmed he does not have insurance and his manager informed us that they are not liable as he supposedly works for himself yet he had a Mr Delivery bag and was on the job at the time. This is unacceptable as I now have to pay excess for my vehicle and it was not my fault at all and no one wants to take ownership for the cost!

A driver was dispatched from Rivonia but he did not deliver my order. All I got was an sms informing me that takealot tried to deliver but I was not available. I stayed indoors since morning and now i get infored i was not available? The driver did not even call, how difficult can it be to phone if lost?

It serves its purpose. Its position is a little dodge and dark in the evenings when collecting. I wish it was in a more lit area, but at least it is inside a gated office park. I do wish the pick up points were available 24/7 in the form of self service lockers, rather than as a manned office

I get here after work, and the pick up point is run by one lady, she is cheeky tired and rude, customer service terrible, they only do provide you with the parcels, we are standing in a row no one says to me we will be with you now sir,NOTHING, please work on your service as this was a terrible experience, i certainly wont leave with a smile! This didnt feel like a takealot company.... i am leaving this place frustrated, angry and very very disappointing.

Depends on what time you go. If you go during the day, office hours, its normally quick but if you go after work or during lunch its takes long because they are very busy.
