I called the reception at Bramley, enquiring about becoming a driver. the ladies were so hostile, one of them was JOY. They dropped the phone on me. appalling service for . they told me they dont know the criteria of hiring. IF this is how we all behave when we get jobs, then no one must be hired

Bad signage- I passed it and could not do u-turn. Then I walked to buzz & waited very long at gate. Also waited at reception desk for about 10 minutes as there was no one. Last time I will do pick-up there

1. Very difficult to go in to especially with oncoming traffic.2. Staff is not so friendly sometimes.3. Seemingly closes earlier than the noted time!4. It always takes forever for someone to pickup and let you in. Once had to wait for about 5min until someone answered!
