Brought in blankets & pillows for washing. Counter Assistant weighed items and informed me that it was 13kg. I requested to check and actual weight was 10kg. When confronting counter assistant on the matter he told me to go somewhere else. I requested for a supervisor contact and was told that he was in charge. Completely Unprofessional!

Very poor customer service and poor manners. The equipment hired was dirty and in a bad state.

Robbery!!We paid cash when we dropped off our clothes, upon collection they said we didnt pay. They got very aggressive with us until we paid a second time. This is robbery!
