My suits were still dirty. Shoes not mended to my satisfaction. Looked like extremely poor workmanship.Do not waste your money.

Absolutely pathetic!!! Avoid at all cost!! Shocking looking backyard patch on a shoe and didn’t even glue the sole as asked! Told them to Remove patches and walked out. DO NOT USE!!

Literally my coat is missing . I have waited 5 days for my coat to be dry cleaned . ( even after the due date )

Took my brand new heels that I bought abroad to have them fix the bottom. I took the heel in and it fit my foot perfectly. After collection I fit the heel on and it was almost one size too big for me and the shoe had stains on it. Somebody obviously tried the shoe on. Pathetic service. Not happy at all!

A very famous laundry in the heart of Mandela Square. Not is it only famous, but their work ethics are excellent.I would recommend everyone who loves their clothing to go to Levingers Dry Cleaners.

So many things are wrong with this place, but most importantly:1) they over weigh the items - for 4 shirts and a handful of underwear, they claimed it was 3 kgs, whereas my entire suitcase was 18kg!!!2) they lost most of my socks, and then claimed they were never there.3) service is slow, and frequently there is no one able to assist you, during their opening hours.I cant emphasize strongly enough that you should think many times, before you use their services. At a minimum, take photos of all your garments, and have the staff sign them before handing your stuff over to them.

We left a number of items with the promise of having the items by 12pm 3 days later so we could get to the airport on time. We arrived at 2pm to be told the items were on their way. At 3pm we were told the items hadnt yet been finished.The branch manager then left to get the items - in ten minutes. 45 minutes later we find she hasnt even arrived there because she took a combi. After a minor explosion the owner finally brought the items himself. We are now in the awful or tambo immigration queue rushing (very slowly) to get to the flight.5 items put in: 3 done, 1 still wet and 1 not done at all. We cant give you a refund because we have done some work on them (quote).150zar (10%) finally returned. Never again.

Second time in two months that Ive had alterations done and they werent ready as promised!!!!!! What happened to picking up the phone and notifying me that its not ready? Absolutely useless.

The new owner just snooped one of my staff not very professional especially belonging to a franchise group! Good Luck Elcon
