Today I popped into Dis-Chem and was blown away at the incredibly helpful staff who really showed they cared. A special thanks to Brian who went out of his way to help me with medication as well as suggesting I came back over the weekend should the medication not work for me. This is much appreciated.

Inconsistent experience. My husband went for vaccine today. Waited an hour. No communication and so just left. Whereas I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

Did not revert to their pre lockdown times even at Level 1. Curfew is midnight. Everybody is working as normal. Stop being lazy.

Pharmacists who care clearly do not seem to care during this very difficult time. I sent through a script early yesterday morning for delivery and now its the second day in waiting for it to be delivered. Yesterday no one answered the phone. Today I was told it would be delivered today but still waiting. Shocking that a person must get more sick while waiting for their medication to be delivered while staff cant be bothered to tell you its not going to be delivered today and probably best to go elsewhere. Surely management should have organised better to deal with this difficult time.

I bought gym supplement which had expired when i took back to exchange it. There were lot of supplements which were expired on the shelves.

One of the best Dis-Chem out there. Very friendly and helpful staff, the shelves are well stocked.The clinic has one of the friendliest and caring nurse ever, nurse Baheya. Would highly recommend this place

Pretty good Dis-Chem. Helpful staff and the store generally has everything that you need. Sometimes wait a little longer in line than usual when trying to fill a prescription but not a terribly long wait.

For (Today) the service was absolutely very ridiculous...Heres why... I called a total of 17 times with about 13 of my calls going unanswered. Understandable that the lines are busy but, once they answered eventually they put me on hold, then tried again, this time I asked for dispensary, they put me through, 8mins later they answer, I tell them I need to have my medication delivered, and the lady says, please hold going thru to dispensary, another 10mins, they answer, I say is this dispensary, the lady says, please hold going, thru...This process took a total of 2 hours 16 minutes and 37 seconds... just to talk to someone, anyone, at dis-chems dispensary department.. How convenient right!I also spent R160 on Airtime calling them. I mean an Uber would have charged me R48 there and R48 back..So my advice. Rather go to them!

Cannot get through on the phone, they make you wait for more than 20 minutes and then just drop the call.
