Such an awesome doggy daycare. Extremely kind staff who were so happy to help us with our fur baby. Our fur baby really learned to become very socialised and was so well taken care of. We can’t thank the puppy palace enough for everything

Unreliable and not timely at all. The boss thinks the customers dont have a right to vent if they are not on time or dont give an update on their status (4 hours late). Being timely and give updates on their ETA is not an unreasonable thing to expect. Good luck in the future but I wont be coming back.

Quite expensive. Beautiful decor and a wonderful pet shop. I love that you can see what the groomers working on your doggies through an outside window.Very friendly ladies working there!

The Puppy Palace is the most accomodating and exciting experience for dogs.My dogs go regularly.I am saddened by the awful comment that was written on their page..I would suggest it is ignored by the public.

So grateful I found this piece of heaven for my puppy!

My dog came back after 7 days looking terrible and was not acting his usual playful self. I immediately took him to the vet and was told that my dog had lost weight since the last check up a month ago, he had an eye infection, and that his spine was injured, and to quote the vet: the spine was probably as a result of another (big) dog jumping on my small dog.Try called me after I sent him furious messages and demanded I get a satisfactory response from this place, and to my dismay, Try started immediately shouting at me and threatening me. He tells me that my dog only lost a small amount of weight and it doesnt matter, he kept on emphasising this and neglecting the fact that my dog was hurt and caused physical damage.DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SENDING ANY OF YOUR PETS TO THIS PLACE!!!A DISGUSTED AND HORRIFIED INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS NO TRUST IN PEOPLE AFTER THIS INCIDENT! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT UR PETS, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!
