I went to Dr P Naidoo on Weds 25 November 2020 for a consultation and had to pay a R 700.00 deposit. When I received the medical aid claims, I was surprised at the amount claimed. I requested a copy of the account from the Dr Naidoo’s rooms and immediately noticed that one of the items on the account was for a 5100 x pelvic organs ultrasound: transvaginal. I can categorically state that the Dr Naidoo never performed an ultrasound on me.After much back and forth, Dr Naidoo eventually agreed to refund me, but several months later has not made the refund.I am extremely disappointed, and shocked that I was charged for a procedure that was never performed.

Reception could not hear me I could not hear her due to all the shouting in the background. That I could accept however not knowing what an LAVH is thats a little concerning from a gynea receptionist perspective.

I am extremely dissapointed. I made my appointment on 8 January 2018 for 9 February 2018. I received a phone call from the receptionist on 6 February 2018 advising that the Dr will not be able to assit me on the Friday anymore as she needed to attend some Dr course. They were not able to assit me on the Thursday and the receptionist just said she doesnt know what to do now. I dont understand how a Dr can do something like this. When asking to make an appointment for 16:30 in the afternoon any other day, I was told that the last appointment is taken at 15:15 and the Dr only works every 2nd Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. This was a horrible first impression and I will not be making another appointment.
