A good doctor with a good heart. She takes her time when examining you. Well done doctor!

I have always loved the doctor but last Wednesday 17 June took my son for blood tests at Lancet and they sent results to the wrong doctor in Park Station. I called the receptionist on 23 June to explain my problem and explained she was dismissive and unhelpful.I made a mistake it was not Dr S Genessreceptionist that was rude it was Dr Cajee receptionist who was unhelpful. Dr Genesis receptionist explained to me that the doctor was gone for the day and explained the lab was close since since Monday 22 June. I am so sorry for the confusion of the details.

I really love Dr Geness shes very helpful, knowledgeable and amazing, earlier this month I consulted with the other doctor and explained my condition and what I needed from her, besides the fact that she was on her phone and didnt seem interested, she told me I had something that could not be treated (treated now), i then asked for a prescription for something else, she gave me one but after buying the medicine I inquired about it and its actually not what I was supposed to get. I will still go back because Dr Geness is the best practitioner Ive ever been to.

Dr Geness is great. The other doctor is really hard to get along with and I am yet to be satisfied with a consultation with her. Also, the waits are painfully long. Its not worth spending a day or even half a day waiting to be served.
