This receptionist is the pathetic. On numourous occasions Ive put through requests for scripts to be sent to pharmacy. Never has she got this right.

Dr. Kaplan is a highly sought after GP in Illovo. His rooms are always fairly busy - but see this as a good sign. Consults can take fairly long, but this is appreciated when you are discussing your ailment with the Dr.
