I travelled to SA from Malawi to see Dr Huth for back pain that I had for 8 months. Within three days he conducted the appropriate tests and showed a kind and compassionate service. Sasha his assistant was very helpful throughout and made us feel very welcome. Since returning, he has taken time out of his busy schedule to email me to see how I was doing - something other doctors wouldnt take the time to do. Highly recommend.

When I was in desperate need with my young daughter.and all paediatric neurosurgeons were fully booked she was very ill...Dr hutch had just moved to Jhb from Cape town.From the very first day I could see the love and care that he had for his patience...Athena gave us a hard time in that we didnt know what exactly was causing her bad headaches and fainting spells ..but Dr huth took his time and examined her thoroughly each time...he saw her on Sundays..called me every day for weeks..he even asked permission to take her file to wits t the professors in case he missed something...he left the lumber puncture till last and was hesitant to give it to her..it just didnt feel right for him....he spoke with her for hours....without me of course...he felt that she made herself sick cause I changed schools.....he booked our lancet fir blood tests...sent young doctor with her...basically he went the extra mile....there are no words to describe the kindnesses.generosity..values..morales..integrity as a doctor...Athena would not be where she is today.....she will be studying neurology in the States....from the bottom of my heart Dr Huth...thank u is too little what u did for me and for Athena we will never forget u.

Very very let down by Dr. Huth. Made an appointment with his office after reading he is the best in his field as my partner needed to see him as his brain injury is of a time sensitive matter. Made an appointment and Dr. Huth was 45min late, when reception phoned him to find out when he will be done he said another 45min with no consideration that my partner was there waiting for almost an hour. Rebooked an appointment for the next day for 10.30 and was assured the doctor will see him on time. Well he waited 15 minutes and reception then phoned and the doctor said he will be another 30min. I phoned again to make an earlier appointment to be told we wont be booked again because my partner walked out? We all have things to do we all have lives. Appointments are made to be kept or that what I was taught growing up. Appalled by his utter disregard for time. My only advise is dont book people as you dont have time for them.

I’ve finally found a neurologist who knows what they’re doing! After 20+ years of chronic pain, Dr Huth is helping me get the relief I need. He is professional, compassionate and thinks about every aspect.

We live in the UK and Dr Huth has been treating our mother for Alzheimers. We requested a zoom meeting to get some information from him, which was charged for. After being 2 hours late and then rescheduling the first meeting 10 days ago, he was 3 hours late for todays zoom meeting. My sister was understandably annoyed with the extreme lateness and mentioned it to him, and he blew up, and then ended the meeting, and resigned from my mothers care. I have never seen such unprofessional, childish behaviour. Would definitely not recommend him as a Doctor, there was no compassion in him at all!

Ive had headaches for 30+ years.In order to keep my job and life going, I relied on painkillers to control the never-ending pain.During the past 30+ years Ive been to various Drs and clinic specialising in Headaches with no relief!Seen Dr Huth in Feb 2020 by March 2020 the headache frequency had reduced from daily to once in two weeks.I never knew what normal life, until now. Im off painkillers and excited to live a pain free life.Dr Huth is the best!

Very personable with a good bedside manner.Ive never had any issues during the course on my treatment, he has been open and honest in all of our engagements and has kept me in the loop all the time. He also recently went out of his way to assist me with an urgent medical report, while away on holiday, and for that im very grateful.I would therefore recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
