Dr Leanne Krossynsky is an amazing GP who has helped our entire family. She is really good with children and is very caring. She is meticulous and takes her time to understand the issue and prescribe the right meds. Highly recommended!

Never had a better GP and family doctor

Do not go to this doctor, she is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got there I was told by the receptionist that the doctor would be able to help me, but after waiting for an hour for the doctor to assist me I was rudely told to leave, because I quote, I can’t help you if you are not my patient. This baffled me since I could easily have become a regular trusted client. I can’t imagine that someone that is this rude can take a patients best interest or health at heart.

A great Dr, Leanne helped me on numerous occasions. Does follow ups free of charge and prescribes the right medication for the ailment at hand. Highly reccomend Leanne to anyone who needs a caring, thoughtful and professional Dr.

Although previous reviews seem positive, I have had two terrible experiences with the facility as a whole. To give context, I live in the building that this private practice operates out of.My first experience was that I urgently required to see a doctor but when I went into the practice I was met by an extremely rude secretary; I was told by her to leave as they don’t take walk in patients and I was required to make a booking in advance, despite the health condition I was in. After leaving, I had no option but to go to another health facility; once I arrived and was seen by a doctor there, I was admitted and rushed into theatre later that day.My second experience relates to a few weeks ago. I urgently required a script for certain medication because I could not access my regular doctor as a result of the hard lock down. Nevertheless, I tried to contact the private practice and to my disappointment, I was told that I could not be helped as they were not seeing new patients. Despite me needing medical assistance from these healthcare providers, I was turned away again.Personally, I would not recommend anyone to seek assistance from this private practice; there is a high likelihood that you will be rudely turned away.

Called reception to make a Covid-19 related appointment which was booked, when the doctor called and found out I was a new patient she turned me away.

A wonderful GP. Refers to the best consultants, seems to know their areas of expertise and makes sure you access the best medical care possible.
