Graeme has been our doctor for nearly 20 years.He is a caring ,kind, compassionate, professional doctor .He spends quality time with each patient listening to them speak then discusses and explains their ailments and his treatment thereof with them.My husband and I are privileged to have a Doctor of Graeme,s calibre ! We have taken grandchildren to him and they are very comfortable with him as he treats them with respect and concern-‐--speaks to them rather than ignoring them and speaking to the adult with them!Thank you Graeme for not only being our doctor but also our friend!

Today i consulted at Dr Graeme Aronowitz, Dr Graemes receptionist was amazing (i thought to my self this is too good to be true maybe) she was so professional. It is really so unfortunate that I did not experience the service of this doctor. Especially because I have seen the great reviews and wanted to go to him because of that. However the white male receptionist I found there was incredibly rude.I get to the doctors rooms with my 3 year old son and walk in and without greeting me he just says. I noticed you did not wash your hands (rightfully so but can you greet me and ask me nicely to remember to do it) I then walk back with my son and get sanitised. I then walk back explaining that I have never visited before and proceed to ask him the doctor is available, he then says 11:30. I say OK, however I would like to go try another doctor ( this was because I was in need to urgent help at that time) he then goes on to erase my name on the list and says I won’t write your name , I am just not going to bother 😱like was that even necessary. I tell him straight that he is rude and I will not come back here. He behaviour is truly appalling, he has not customer service skills... I am not sure he understands that he represents the doctor and his practise to just treat people like this. If your are going to work with people you can not be this rude. I am so disgusted by his behaviour and sadden that I will never know is this doctor lives up to all the great reviews I’ve seen... it’s truly so unfortunate that his frontline worker has just lost a household as a customer.

Dr Aronowitz is amazing, by far the best doctor that Ive been to. I appreciate how his consultations arent rushed and he explains everything really well. He really makes you feel at ease. His receptionist is also really lovely.

A very special, caring and professional Doctor. He is always available to his patients and takes time to listen carefully to everything you say. He is very thorough and double checks on how you are.He is amazing with my young son who was very nervous about going to a Doctor before. He is one of the most rude and racist doctor I’ve ever met. I walked into his office and before I Could even approach the sit he told me to be sure not to pass his glass shield because it’s his protection. As if I don’t know that I have to sit a few meters away from him. I presume if it was a white patient he wouldn’t dare utter those words but I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

A very warm welcoming receptionist and doctor. Didnt wait long and feel better before even taking the medication. A good listener and I will recommend him to all my friendsand family. He listened to my problems highly recommended.

Dr Graeme is a caring, professional GP who always took the time to listen! diagnose thoroughly, explain the cause and explained the script so that a layperson can understand. If it was serious, Graeme often followed up with a phone call to hear whether there is an improvement. I have been a patient of this Dr for over 9 years now and he is amazing! He has helped me throughout any medical issue and even has taken his time to help me on the phone if I could not go in for a consultation. I have struggled with acne since 2017, i used every recommended cream,soap and face wash on the market. 2018 i went to a dermatologist in Fourways and paid a lot of money and got a lot of expensive face washes,toner,creams but nothing worked. Guys hear me when i say adult acne is depressing and people will not stop staring at you and asking you what is wrong with your face and recommend their own remedies which i tried most of them. January 2021 when i had almost given up, i decided to go visit the best GP doctor ever Dr Graeme Aronowitz, he was so polite and kind and told me from day 1 that your face will be fine. He put me on a treatment and iam here to say it worked , Iam acne free. Thank you Dr Graeme you are the best. I have to sayyou are better than a looooot of Dermatologists out there.

Ive been seeing Dr Aronowitz, since 1998 as a patient and had a personnel issue other night to deal with and phoned him at 8pm, he went above a beyond his duty as a doctor and sorted my issue out with compassion and patience. My husband went there, with a long suffering.. Doctors not knowing whats wrong with him. Being up an Down the hospital with no help just pain killers... But when we went to him he made sure we fully satisfied with the results, he goes the extra mile of checking how is the patients progress .. Would recommend every1 to go to him. Dr Graeme is a rare find, one of those GPs who live by old-fashioned standards and is more of an old-style family doctor rather then the production line that is so prevalent today. Absolutely shocking receptionist we went there and were welcomed by a rude lady who then proceeded to spray hand sanitizer in my daughters face definitely will not be going back I unfortunately never got to see the doctor. This has been reported to the medical aid and they have advised they will address the issue.

I have been a patient with Dr Aronowitz for nearly ten years, when you visit Doctors these days you a number and in and out as quickly as possible. Dr Aronowitz treats you like a person, he listens and does a thorough check with each visit..My son is 7 years old and he loves DrAronowitz , he will not see another Doctor, in fact he gets excited to go despite being sick. He is flexible and i never have a problem getting an appointment. Would not even consider seeing another Doctor.

Just to clarify, Onesimo, I have never even consulted with you, you are not a patient of this practice, and if my memory serves me correct which it does, it was YOU who was late for the appointment and then you had a bad attitude with myself and I asked you to rather leave and you decided to post a vindictive comment ! I have been in practice for almost 30 years and have a huge patient base of loyal patients.I am not sure what gives you the right to say my practice is unhygienic....it most definitely is not !You can’t please everyone!

Shocking!With the type of medical aid I have,I needed a referral letter to be sent to my Gynaecologist and Discovery from my GP in order to see the Gynaecologist and due to his receptionist not knowing what to do, she put me through to Dr Aronowitz and he shouted and screamed at me and asked me if I think he works for me and then asked me who I think I was,He just lost it!Swearing and shouting .....Its simple If you going to be part of a medical aid then at least figure out how it works before agree to be part of it

Best doctor Ive ever had the pleasure of going to.

Hes not the most touchy feely or chatty of doctors, he works fast, but he WILL sort you out.I found that he was so respectful when I took my 5 year old in when she complained about burning from her pee.He is quick, but asks all the right questions, you will have a script speedily, and off you go to getting well.I have never had to go back to him because I was not getting better, always provides the correct meds/script.

Very unhygeinic practice! There was a dog in the consultation room. The doctor was 15 minutes late. Doctor is extremely unprofessional and he made a racist remark when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. Waste of time. Dont waste your money here.
