Painfully disappointing. And even that is an understatement. Now Im just praying I dont end up like the guy who had to wait 12mo to have property transferred (Im only halfway there). I was dealing with Monique who I find out is no longer there (might be the best thing to happen to the firm) and I wasnt informed of this. Not surprised because I havent been receiving any progressive feedback on my transaction for over a month. The lack of professionalism is sickening.

I have been an intern agent for 4 years and trying to complete my log book but never had the professional assistance and training.After doing training with van de venter attorneys i completed my logbook in 2 months. I would like to thank Shenitta and Cor for going the extra mile for all agents and making this possible in only 2 months. My fiance and I recently went to get an ANC drawn by this company. I was mainly disappointed by the lack of respect I got from Quintin. We had an initial consultation, it went well, however of the day we had to sign our ANC, he hadnt amended as expected. We were promised an email with a as an amended ANC once he is done. We signed on Thursday and were promised a copy the following Monday. It is a month now and we have not received anything from him( We went on holiday and returned). He does not reply to any of my mails. Perhaps its because I am a black female and in his mind he thinks Im poor and unqualified (I am an Actuarial Consultant btw, so not broke and stupid as you assume). This is very sad to witness such behavior. Definitely would not recommend this place.
