Great framing options. Helpful staff. Knowledge about colora, textures and how to best display art. A big expensive but to be expected inside a high end mall. I love Rosebank. The people alone there is worth the added price.

Yesterday I went to the store in Rosebank and had an absolutely delightful experience. I needed some hooks to be replaced on my pictures and the friendly lady offered to do it for free and replaced one of my broken frames free of charge. Its rare that one gets this level of friendly service! Great customer experience! I will definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a one stop picture framing shop great service and great workmanship!

I came to get the glass backing replaced on a picture that an artist friend made for me. First, the lady serving me (I use the word serving loosely) told me in no uncertain terms that they did not do non reflective glass, since it made the picture less clear. Clearly their aesthetic judgement overrode that of my friend the artist. But since it was just the backing glass I said that was fine and handed the picture over.Then I had the audacity to ask for a receipt. The lady told me they dont give out receipts. When I insisted on some sort of proof that I had put an item of some sentimental value into their hands, she told me, in a dismissive and frankly patronising manner, that they dont do business that way. In doing business with a variety of enterprises, large and small, across three continents, this was the first time someone had flat out refused to give me a receipt.She DID offer to give me a payment receipt if I paid upfront in full. Faced with the prospect of paying in full before I had even had the (rude, dismissive) service completed, I politely declined... Sometimes I wonder if I am too polite.To their credit, they did seem to do a decent job. However, I couldnt help noticing that when I did pay for the picture, the promised payment receipt was not offered!Unless you want inflexible, rude service, I would recommend you try one of the several other picture framers in the Rosebank area.

Appalling service ! If you dont have a BIG job /exhibition dont go there! we went there desperately wanting to get a few office pictures framed urgently and were shocked with the THE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this place. The main lady was busy with another client did not seem to want to entertain anything. when she finally got to speak to us she was very rude and condescending. We were relieved for a bit when she called her colleague to assist . he was worse. We understood that they did not have the capacity to help us (because of a big job) but the arrogance is unacceptable. Terrible service - I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.we ended up going to a place just around the corner on Oxford rd (Frametalk). excellent service, and competitive prices.
