Good afternoon Mr . Dimitri , just to correct you as discussed, the battery test to be conducted , is needed to have the battery on the vehicle in order to give you an appropriate result , which is required by the manufacture.failing to do so , no proper results can be established. do kindly have the battery put on slow charge , for a duration of about 6 to 8 hours & not any less , when you have done so , you are most welcome to then bring it in , to have a test done , and give you ,a better answer , as was told while having the phoned slammed down on my ear.

Refused to check battery brought in on warranty claim. Unfazed that I have supported their business for many years. Wont repeat that mistake and will engage manufacturer directly.

Ripped me off, where unfortunately to my mistake only looked around for prices after purchasing a tire from them at a price way higher than expected because I needed it urgently. R400 more for a small cars tyre against a comparative quote from a competitor. Service was otherwise speedy and very good.

My daughter bought tyres on 29 March 2021. The next day one tyre was flat and we contacted Minty Rosebank and they sent their guy to fetch the tyre. He together with my daughter inspected the tyre and there was no visible damage and she even took pictures of the tyre. She was later told that something pierced the tyre and we must pay for the new tyre. We are extremely angry because we did nothing to the tyre and the owner refuses to replace this new tyre. We are escalating this case to their Head Office. What a terrible service.🤬🤬

The team (Muhammad) went out of their way to assist in getting a cracked Mercedes rim fixed. It has been an amazing and friendly experience.

Be very careful here. I went in to check my tread depth to see if the tyres needed replacement. They told me its at 1.8mm, which I sensed was incorrect. They then recommended I replace the tyres. I bought a tread depth measure and it showed 4mm!! Thus no need to replace.

R18 000 to refurbish 4 rims and fit 4 new tyres on my Porsche. Collected the car. Steering judder. Took it back. They fixed it in 2 days. Steering judder. Had to get Tiger Wheel and Tyre to sort the problem out.

An Uber eats driver popped a tyre on the way to delivering food to me. Decided to help him out & took his scooter tyre to Mintys. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive, told me to buy non-existant tyre sealer at the Sasol garage. Did not want to plug the tubeless tyre with a rubber plug (which was done by Shell down the road successfully). Based on this interaction I would never take my car to Mintys.

Always get fast and efficient service from them. Not to mention the best prices. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

This is my 3rd time putting tyres at this place even though I reside in Alberton. Their knowledge + service always makes me feel at ease with driving all the way to have them take care of my cars. Their prices are favourable & not forgetting that they are quick as well. Recently had a problem with 1 of my rims & their advice + patience with me whilst I got the rim sorted out was unheard of. Mintys seem to be able to undercut most other tyre suppliers. Shop around first and if Mintys is closest to you, just ask them if they want to beat the price you found. They have done that with me twice (batteries and set of tyres). They WANT your money (business) ! They can fill your tyres with nitrogen and say you can pop in anytime for a free top up. (a tip would be nice)
