Dr Chodree did my 4 year old sons teeth in surgery, she opted for a root canal instead of extraction to save his teeth and future dental issues. Two other dentists we had previously see were ready to just extract. I am happy with her work and will certainly bring my youngest to be seen by her as well.

I came to this dentist with with the intention of getting braces to straighten my teeth. I was given an appointment the next month from the day I called. On the day of the appointment which was suppose to be at 12:30, I was told that space opened up and I should come early at 12. I agreed and got there at 12 to be told that the Dr has to deal with some other issues. I waited at the practice till 1. When I finally got to see the Dr, I was told that the person who deals with braces was not there, so another person just looked at my teeth, she didnt do any xrays or anything and told me that they would call me on monday. I never received the call on monday. This appointment was charged to my medical aid even if they did not do anything and were rude. I think that if you cannot do braces, you should not advertise it on your website. My experience was such a disappointment. My suggestion is that if you want braces or to straighten your teeth, rather go to Hugo orthodontics because their service is much more professional, which is where I went after this experience.

Dr Chodree was not in the day I needed to get my wisdoms pulled so I needed to do it with another doctor (Female). It was by far the worst service I ever had. Being told to keep a cotton ball in my mouth for 3 days and then only being booked off for one day. This was after informing the doctor that I was customer facing. Needless to say I stayed off for another day as my Manger was understanding and stated that she was also confused as to why I was only booked off for a day after my wisdoms were pulled.It has been two days since then and I am still calling in every day to get the doctors note. I will never go back to this place and would never recommend going here to get your wisdoms pulled.

A complete disappointment. Dr Chodree did not turn up for my appointment...I could have received a call or message to say she was no longer available for the day which would have prevented me taking time off work to go there and hear from the receptionist, oops the doctor is no longer coming in today, would I like to reschedule...

What a pleasure to get my teeth done by Dr S Chodree. Im terrified of the injections in my palate.She gave me a sedative and while waiting for the sedative to work, I thought to myself that if the sedative doesnt put me to sleep that I would just leave because I dont want to feel the injections.When Dr Chodree checked up on me, she told me that I might not sleep as not everybody is the same. She was looking into my eyes and the GENUINE COMPASSION I saw convinced me to to continue with the procedure even though I was still awake.She was so gentle during the whole procedure and I didnt feel any pain whatsoever. Not even the dreaded injections.She treated my like you would a child but I mean that in the MOST POSITIVE WAY. She even physically helped me by holding my arm as she walked me to reception.I will definitely be going back for regular checkups to make sure that my teeth never get into the same condition that they were before.

Something is going on with this dentist, why are they so bloody rude on the phone?. I hate the modern day of South Africa. I wish i was back in Netherlands. This dentist ruins your teeth, they only know how to drill nothing else.

Book a appointment on the 080618. For my stepdaughter. The appointment was for the 140618. We were informed that it would cost about R600. For a tongue tied treatment. Had the treatment and no problems. (Until) we received the statement of accounts. The medical aid paid R326. With a outstanding balance of R677. I called their office on the 020818. After receiving their statement and they said they would get back to me the following day. NOT A WORD. Recently received a new statement of accounts, with the same problem and balance.The account number is DEB370.Now my stepdaughter is receiving telephone calls saying that she is going to be handed over. I have cell phone records of these telephone conversations.Please do not treat my stepdaughter, with any threatening calls.Call me, Mr S Auton my number is on her personal information document.Thanks
