I personally wouldn’t recommend this dentist. I went through hell and back , even ended up getting a dental abscess from him and landed up in hospital and was told the medication that was subscribed for me was wrong. Their main priority is claiming from Medical Aid and not giving you the best service. He does not respect his patients, his child was in the room when I went there - I don’t find that professional at all I’m there as a patient and paying how does such happen? There was no air conditioning which made it strange as it’s a dentistry after all, there was just a small window open meaning one is exposed to airborne materials and germs.I was told my filling was removed but when I went to dr kearney advanced dentistry the X-ray showed that the filling was stuck and opted for my tooth to be extracted as a lot of damage had been made and my face was swollen and couldn’t eat anymore.ResponseI had not gone to another dentist that is a lie , I came there on the 10th of September and within two weeks the filing came out and you advised I should come back - I had never visited any other dentist besides Ziyaad and my tooth had cracked and asked for it to be removed from the get go but the dentist advised I should get a root canal and I told him no I don’t want to but he insisted then when I got the second filing and I got an infection and I was swollen he then advised he rather take the tooth out since he had already done damage and there was no going back and he failed to do so. I advise you get the air conditioning sorted ASAP since you are a dentistry so it only makes sense to have such facilities.

He is such an incredible dentist, of all the things I liked about him is that he talks you through everything that will be happening in your mouth so there are no surprises there. Had upper and lower dentures done there and a year or so later I needed one extraction on lower jaw. The extraction was done painlessly and professionally and a cast made and a tooth remanufactured and added to my existing lower set of dentures in a hurry... and the laboratory made in immediately and due to work commitnent I had to do all this in a stitch. Excellent and professional service without the hassle of waiting for long periods. I would truly and honestly recommend this dental practice to one and all in need.

Ive been a patient for many years and always left the rooms with a smile,literally..Dentist rooms are always a place to avoid when it comes to pain but never experienced that with Dr. Ziyaad..Never struggled to get an appointment and the rooms were always on time..The dreadful part is introducing your kids to the dentist but it turned out that when theres an appointment made for them,they always ready to go..in fact its been easier to get my kids to Dr.Ziyaads rooms, then to actually get their hair cut..On serious note, Always a pleasure dealing with Dr.Ziyaad..professionalism at its best.Very difficult to get service nowadays, but not with these guys.Need a trustworthy dentist,definitely try these Dr.Ziyaad.Well Done and keep it up Doc..5 star quality.Ill be back...
