I absolutely would recommend Waterfall Dental & Prosthodontic Studio, not only were they 100% COVID ready the room was fresh and sanitary bliss. I must recommend their Oral Hygienist Ms Kaokie Sepuru, who was friendly knowledgeable and understanding. I have not been to the dentist in 20 years and she didnt make me feel bad about that, she gave me tools to better my condition of my teeth and talked me through the processes as she did on my teeth. My teeth and confidence have never felt better. Thank you so much. Do yourself a favour and visit their rooms, they are professional and really worth the affordable rates they charge. Often times, youll find that one grumpy person in an office, this wasnt the case in this practice. I was late for my appointment but the level of professionalism from the ladies at the reception was amazing. From the cute welcome plaque upon arrival to the fact that they can easily put face to name gives your appointment a personal touch. The Dental Hygienist was also extremely friendly and thorough,explaining everything in detail and creating conversation which makes having your mouth wide open less awkward. I highly recommend this practice. The diversity of women working there also makes it extremely comfortable for all cultures and ethnicities, and complies with the rainbow nation we would love to live in. Thank you for everything, I have found my perfect dentist! :)

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but unfortunately its something one must do. I went to them for a filling or two as a new patient, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.Dr. Naran and her team are warm, kind and they really know how to make you feel at ease. They have a fantastic sense of humor, which lightens the mood so much. Ill be going back in a few weeks to do a teeth cleaning, and Im actually looking forward to it :). Would definitely recommend!

Really friendly and highly professional team. Upon arrival the team had a welcome poster with my name on it to welcome me which was a really nice personal touch. The team makes you feel really welcome and everything from scheduling the appointment with Alisha to the wait seemed seamless.The actual check up went really well, Kaokie is very knowledgeable about the practice and keeps the entire check up very lighthearted, an amazing oral hygienist who I would recommend any day!

The staff at the dental studio are incredibly friendly and professional.Kaokie possesses a wealth of knowledge on dental care and she makes you feel very comfortable during the entire duration of your dental visit. And my teeth cleaning experience was NOT painful at all which was completely different to my previous experiences.I definitely look forward to my next appointment.

Dr Yang is professional and thorough and takes the time to clearly explain the options available. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Dentist appointments are usually feared but no need to fear this trip. 5 stars!

Best dental experience ever. I was so afraid but Dr Naran and Ms Sepuru were extremely gentle and took cognisant of my fear by being extra compassionate.

I had my first session today with Dr Yang. The staff from the very entrance of the rooms are so helpful and friendly. Very warm welcome to their patients given. I have put off having my root canal for the past 6 years. I finally plucked up the courage to have it done. Dr Lang and her assistant kaokie were absolutely phenomenal. Very gentle and patient. Made me feel very comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience and actually look forward to having my 2nd session done.

Talk about the best dentist, professional, patient and extremely friendly. My son loves going there and he reminds me of his dental appointments thats how much he is comfortable, he even falls asleep in the middle of all his procedures(injections, dental fills, tooth extractions-we had two taken out and he was dancing righ after everything.
