Not very professional. The Indian male consultant made a remark saying “ SA women I full of shit”. They are unwilling to help and are quick to dismiss. I felt really offended as a South African woman
Im putting 1 star only because I cant give a negative score. Avoid using at all costs. The staff member was slow, rude, abrasive, unhelpful. Also noted that staff at this and other branches need training in customer service as well as time keeping as they all seem to close their doors before the closing time, arriving 15 minutes before advertised opening hours doesnt mean its open and they will let you in.
Very unreliable, I do not recommend their services. We ordered foreign currency but when we went to collect it wasn’t there. All we got was “oh sorry”.
Very terrible. Only 1 staff member. Leaves the place for 45mins. Terrible! Not how a business should be operating!!

Xenophobic discrimination in the travelex western union office at Fourways Mall. The attendant decided not to handle a transaction from a family member in USA the moment he saw the Nigerian ID saying he is “uncomfortable with it because of his personal reasons” without even asking questions or requirements. Attended to previous White male customers without any attitude but then became rude, demeaning and very unprofessional with us and there have been numerous complaints about the same individual in question. He should be cautioned on ways to treat foreign customers and to keep his xenophobic issues at home before coming to work.
