Bunch of jokers π fnb I general with their new staff are absolutely pathetic in every department...
Ive been to the FNB Forex 3 times, each time being rejected because theyre offline. Im not exactly sure why its like this, but I think their IT/network needs improvement. The tellers have no idea why this happens either, so when asked their just as confused as the customers. And when they are online theres long ques as they only 2 tellers there. The process isnt quick and easy..For such a reputable bank, FNB can definitely do better..Upgrade your systems to provide a more efficient and effective service to your cutomers.
My money is been blocked even now Im not getting any assistance,i just need to be unblocked never in my life will I bank with Fnb yhoooo
