I had a terrible experience didnt even manage to get my money sorted and landed up walking out and wasting 15 minutes. Worst Bidvest Bank ever. Landed up losing money on exchange due to only been able to go days later. Extremely unhappy about the customer service from teller. Will never use the Bidvest in the airport again. Thought it was convenient as was arriving back from a business trip. Couldnt have been more wrong.

Yesterday, my wife and I experienced the worst customer experience ever. The lady at the counter was not polite at all and almost alluded to my wife receiving fraudulent funds. The funds came as a gift from my brother and the lady at the counter could have seen that very easily as our surnames are the same. Moreover she even told my wife that she had the right to withhold the funds. This is not the first time that we have experienced such bad service at the airport branch of Bidvest Bank. The people at the counter seem to believe that they are doing us a favour by providing service they get paid for. Well as a fellow business owner, I will not accept this type of treatment again and I will make sure that I consult the competition for money transfers. This rating does not even deserve a star.

Not helpful at all. Refused my posted bank statement as proof of residence even though every other bank accepts this. And this just to get 100$. Staff claim that the branch closes way before the time posted on the door. Avoid.
