Thier drivers are extemely rude ,obnoxious and have road rage

They hace closed shop. They are no longr operating in South Africa. All their phone numbers are not working. They use to be good when they were open. However its very dissappointing to having lost such a great freight company to this Covid pendemic.

Horrible service. I paid for overnight and when I came to collect they told me its not there. I asked what happens from here and they said they would call as soon as they get the package. I tracked the order and it arrived three days later. They didnt call. I went to get it and while they say they open at 7:30 the guy behind the counter came sauntering in at 8:15. Had a nice laugh with his friends there and took his time getting my overnight order. And the collection place is a freezer. Its so cold, bring a blanket and a coffee.My friend warned me, said that he never uses them for overnight because he had never got what he asked for. You pay for overnight and get the standard service. Its a scam.I mean you overnight something because its urgent. You pay a premium.I will never use time freight again.

Worst Logistics company out there, avoid at all costs. They are unable to follow the simplest of instructions and try and keep you on hold till you give up when you call to complain. Customer Service is non-existing and they could care less.

Very bad service, from their JHB to Head office.....I am not impressed...i was promised my parcel will be delivered today as it was being scanned in this morning, now half the day has gone by and i get told it was only scanned in at 1pm so I will only have it tomorrow.....NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES.Where is there customer service, where are those promises .......I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TIME FREIGHT TO ANYONE.

New schedule for drop offs or collections

They said that our package was out on delivery. Only to find out a few hours later that it was still in their warehouse. When I got to the warehouse they took almost an hour to find it. It was not due to rude or unfriendly staff. I think it is an issue with bad management. I hope that in the future this will never happen again. If we use their services.

Staff is very helpful and service is quick and delivery was on time as scheduled

Service not up to scratch, Saturday collect changed cut off time from 1300hrs to 1100hrs with out any notice to us the clients. They Cando better than that.

Time freight is a great courier service, but the Johannesburg Branch has really bad to no service.Working a lot with Time Freight and the awesome online Portal. I dread calling or making changes to collection in Johanesburg area.

One star is one star too many. (-10 stars is more appropriate). Horrific service. Did not phone in advance of the arrival as detailed in special instructions. Can not tell me when to expect the delivery (not even which day, let alone a time frame). Gets to the wrong address and insists I come to meet him. Realised hes not even in the correct area. Then says sorry, you will get it tomorrow because hes not allowed to deliver to that area! Are you kidding me?? To make matters worse, I have been waiting for this delivery for 2 months when the delivery period is 7 working days.

Effective at what they do. Friendly and go the extra mile when youre parcel isnt there and help to locate it.

They do all my small deliveries and thus far I have not had any issues 👍

Not even worth 1 star. Disgusting service, no communication. Furniture scheduled for delivery today, didnt arrive, so when will the delivery be done? NEVER use this company!

Really terrible service. They times that they promise for delivery might as well be just a guess as two days later, and many promises about delivery time later, and I still have not received my package. They are in the business of delivery, but they cant seem to manage that...

A ridiculous company!I was quoted R1500 for a delivery, never invoiced but products collected, then Time Freight decided to try bill my client (the recipient) directly... R3600!!!!My relationship with my client is completely destroyed and I cant get hold of anyone at Time Freight telephonically.Avoid using them at all costs!

Friendly service staff, but you can wait too long if there are busy. Could possibly look at having additional backup staff to assist during busy periods

Dont use these guys for sending anything of value!When items get damaged due to their negligence, they will find any excuse under the sun not to take responsibly for it.Be well advised that if you send something of value with Time Freight and it get’s broken during their transportation process that it will be your loss regardless if it’s their fault.Rather use a company that cares about their customers.

They have neglected to pick up my parcel for 4 working days in a row now. Best rates but the service is atrocious. Will never try them again. Trying to operate a business but cant service my customers due to Time Freights dont care attitude.

If I could I would give zero stars as they dont even qualify for one star. I took us about 10 phone calls just to find out when out package will come but they keep on putting the phone on hold with out saying anything. Finally we got somewhere just to find out that they undercharged the sender of the package and if we dont pay the difference we wont receive it. I have paid less and received better service from the competitors over much greater distances as with this happygolucky whoha unprofessional company. The highlight of this company is the receptionist that answers the phone but from there on its all down hill.

Called to get a qoute to be told by the qouting agent you will be closing for the day - not great customer attitude and totally disinterested. Then went online and got a qoute as a cash customer for R 1 236.00 and went to SAA Domestic Cargo - R 968.00 to fly with me to Cape Town tomorrow. Flight Cargo was only R15.00 per kilo and much friendlier at the cojnter than the interaction on the phone by your agent.

I wish i could rate you -10, ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE , i have arranged about 10 collections , and have had to phone in with each one as it was not collected. Please get your sh*t together!

Cant keep to times for collection.Call center takes very long to answer.One has to repeat details 10 times to consultants.Expensive if compared to other freight companies.

No one at the Johannesburg Depot is able to assist with my parcel. The operators are rude and will make no attempt to phone you back. In fact, they will hang-up on you. Still dont know where my parcel is.

Why do calls to TimeFreight keep cutting off dead or say an error has occurred???

They send a few delivery SMS message, then do not arrive. So, you take time off work to receive the parcel for nothing. They do not respond to email either, and the Call Me feature is for show.
