Booked and paid for a collection and drop off for Same Day Delivery. Even booked the day before and scheduled it for the next day... Called rhenus to check on the package as my tracking was blank. Oh no maam that package is not even with us yet, you will get it on Monday 😡 so I paid R500 for same day delivery to just wait 3 days anyway!!! Destinations are not even that far apart. I just couldnt collect because I work till 5 and the place I needed to collect from closes at 3 everyday.Horrible. Cant trust anyone to do what you are promised they would.

The worst courier service I have ever experienced. The parcel was meant to be delivered about a 40km distance (JHB to JHB). I called to inquire about the delay to which I was told it got misrouted to Cape Town. Then once it arrived back in JHB, I was told for 3 consecutive days you will receive your delivery today, which I obviously did not. They failed to deliver it again and again and I only finally received it the following Monday and the parcel was damaged (likely from numerous on-loading and offloading). I would not recommend World Net Express to anyone. They dont even deserve one star.

The worst courier service in the freaking world, they dont honour their collection dates or delivery dates they do not communicate and they just dont pitch up, DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.Rather pay a bit extra and go somewhere else. These people dont know how to do their job.
