I would highly recommend Melanie. When I first reached out to her, I had gone through almost a year of not experiencing contentment in my life, even though virtually all the important areas of my life were going well. This was most likely exacerbated by the lockdowns in 2020. It seemed like I was going through the so-called dark night of the soul. Melanie helped me to reconnect to my true self and regain my joy in life. The best things I remember from our sessions are how she seemed to 1) truly see beyond my self-imposed limitations, and 2) quickly identify the root cause of whatever was presenting on the surface. I know we all expect a coach to tell us how great we are and all the traditional motivational lingo. But Melanie has a gift of truthfully honing in on whats unique and special about you, so you dont leave the session feeling high like youve just attended a mass seminar on motivation, but without any practical tools to apply what youve learned in your own life. Its been about 3 months since our last session, and Im still seeing and expect to enjoy lasting benefits from my sessions with her.

A few of my friends have asked me why I chose a Spiritual Psychologist, well I needed all of me to be attended to in my sessions and not parts of me. Melanie always addressed my spirituality as base before attending to my issues. There is a lot to be said for inviting God into your sessions. Very rude on our attempt for help. People dont plan emergencies of this nature and to be told this is very short notice rudely in her field and in a state of searching for help was unnecessary. Very abrupt felt worse after, me just trying to set up an appointment. Couldnt imagine how we would feel after a session that is supposed to heel me and not make me feel more anxious. A simple I am fully booked would have been professional.
