Horrid experience. Booked a facial, wax, massage - the whole package basically - walked in and nealy passed out, the fumes from gel and fake nails extremely overpowering, treatment room at the end of passage had more fumes as no exit window or door for the smell. My eyes were burning within 2 minutes. Horrific, I can not understand how you offer holistic treatments in the same facility as false / fake nail application. Surely this is not in compliance with the health department. On leaving the facility asthma pump in hand, not having stayed for my treatments I discovered I had left my prescription sunglasses on the massage table. When I went back in to fetch them I was advised they were not there, I could not go look or verify for myself as someone else was in the treatment room. Very strange behaviour and reaction. Needless to say, I now have new sunglasses : never again will I even consider any Perfect 10. I dont even give it 1 Star : should have a minus star option for this

I tried to make an appointment at this Salon for 10am the following day. I was later contacted to ask if I could come in at 9am. The following day (day of appointment) I was contacted at 8.30am to ask if I could come in at 1pm because the Manager had double booked my appointment. Terrible customer service and I would not use this salon again.
